These terms and conditions govern the relationship between you as a user and PinusSpa.com when using the site and making purchases. By ordering from our online store, you agree to these terms.

Return and exchange

You can return purchased products within 14 days of receiving them, without providing a reason. To do so, you need to:

• The product must be unused and in its original packaging;

• Be accompanied by a receipt or invoice;

• To be returned to our address:

Please note that return costs are at your own expense, except in cases of defective or misdelivered product.

Exceptions to the right of return

The following goods are not returnable or exchangeable:

• Open cosmetic products;

• Products with traces of use;

• Custom-made products.

Complaints

If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or damage during transportation, please contact us within 3 days of receipt. We will offer a replacement, repair, or refund depending on the specific case.

• Free delivery on orders over 100 BGN

• Delivery time: 1 to 3 working days.
